Kaziranga National Park is a protected area in the northeast Indian state of Assam. Spread across the floodplains of the Brahmaputra River, its forests, wetlands and grasslands are home to tigers, elephants and the world largest population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. Ganges River dolphins swim in the park waters. Its visited by many rare migratory birds, and gray pelicans roost near Kaziranga village.
ITINERARY:
DAY 1: Meet & Greet
On arrival in Guwahati Meet & Greet at Airport/Railway station. Journey starts for Kaziranga National Park. On the way visit famous Kamakhya Temple. Night stay in Kaziranga
DAY 2: Jeep Safari inside Park
Today go for Jeep safari at Central range of kaziranga National Park, you will see the big five of park Rhino, Elephant, Asiatic Water Buffalo, Swamp Deer and Tiger., apart from migratory birds.
DAY 3: Orchid Park visit
Second Half you will visit the "Kaziranga National Orchid Park" which is home to over 500 different species of Orchid from different part of Northeast. You will also see the cultural performance of different ethnic community during Orchid park visit. Night stay in Kaziranga
