We use the energy of the Sun to heat water. We are also looking to use photovoltaic system for Electricity in Phase 2 of our project.
  
All the Sanitary products on offer and Cleaning products used to maintain the place are biodegradable (ORGANIC)
We rejuvenate our ground water during the monsoons that we have water in the wells during the dry season. We also have a onsite septic tank that safely treats waste water.
  
The Property is about 2500 sqm, it has been used to farm Organic Coconut, Passionfruit, cassava, Banana and many more tropical plants. We would like offer guests to be an active part of the process if it is something of interest.
