We have a 3 room Homestay located in the laps of the nature, in the fruit bowl of Uttarakhand- Ramgarh. We offer solitude to people seeking a break from the hustle bustle of city life. Orchards of Peach,Apple,Pear,Apricot,Plum along with Strawberry, Walnut and Kiwi provide an opportunity for the people to appreciate the fruits. Fish pond and natural aquifers and streams.
From the outside, the three-bedroom cottage stay looks like a regular Kumaoni house - intricate carvings at a few places, wooden fixtures and ceiling, stone walls, and slate roofs. Beautiful falls short of a word to describe this place. The three spacious bedrooms each carrying a distinct look, a living room that offers scenic views of the mountains and the valley, a dining area and a patio that is perfect to savour those delicious "pahadi" meals, and furniture made from the most spectacular wood you have ever seen - this place is heaven.
I remained here for over a week. The rooms are tidy and have a lovely outlook. The host, Mr. Suresh, is really kind and helpful. The property also has a vast orchard and a fishery that visitors may enjoy. The food prepared by the host makes you feel at home. The site is tranquil and free of traffic, allowing visitors to enjoy the sounds of nature.
It was a pleasant pleasure to see the lush green scenery. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Very cooperative owner. Perfect spot to spend quality time with friends and family.
