This 84 year old homestay is a certified Heritage property by Rajasthan Tourism. Bungalow 97 is located at the Adarsh Nager Ajmer, which happens to be 89 year old first housing society of Rajasthan. The locality is away from the hustle bustle of the city in the greenest and cleanest area of Ajmer. Yet amenities like Banks, ATMs, grocery shops, fruits, vegetable shops, milk dairy, hospital and doctors are just 100 meter from this accommodation.
Heritage Bungalow 97 Ajmer is owned and maintained by the Indian Navy veteran. Who also been a globe trotter by vertu of the job. Guests can expect an independent, ground floor, hygienic, neat and tidy accommodation. There is a lush green garden with seasonal flowers, a private plunge pool (remain open in summers) and terrace for hill view. Breakfast is complementary. Lunch and dinner can either be cooked by themselves in a fully operational attached kitchen or can sourced through Zomato or Swiggy Apps.
The finest owner ever. If you're staying in Ajmer, look no further. I would not recommend any other home. Not only is the home well-maintained and has everything you could possible desire, but Sudhir sir is an excellent host. He prepared kachori for us, as it is a requirement in Ajmer. His gestures were so warm and kind that he will make you feel like a personal visitor. This is also a sustainable accommodation choice. There is very little plastic. I cannot emphasise enough that this is the nicest property ever.
There are no words to explain how delighted I am to be staying here. The rooms are big and really comfy. Mr Sharma provided us with a delicious breakfast and plenty of positive energy. Much better than staying at a hotel.

We had a really enjoyable time at Heritage Bungalow. Mr Sudhir was a lovely host who assisted us greatly with everything. The rooms are clean and big, and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommended!
