Teanest is a picturesque green-roofed colonial home with gables, high ceilings, and lace curtains nestled among 1,800 acres of tea plantations. Jagged mountains fall down to curved green valleys in front of it. The 1800s historic palace housed British nobility as well as an international tea school. Nature resorts took over, renovated and remodelled it while retaining its colonial flair.
