Great stay, friendly personnel, excellent service, and delicious meals. There is nothing further to say except that the hospitality here is exceptional. The whole environment and mood of the resort is quite immersing. I cannot suggest this enough.

We stayed at Lemongrass.Yes, all rooms are named after tea varieties. Everything smells like lemongrass, including hibiscus, chamomile, and more. From tea to cosmetics to room fresheners.The accommodations provide stunning views of the tea fields. Indian bison roaming in the plantation is a typical sight. The lawns outdoors and stunning vistas of the mountains and plantations still stay in my mind.The restaurant serves cuisine prepared to order and may be brought to your hotel upon request. Unfortunately, I was unable to visit owing to the cold weather.Room service delivered hot rice and rasam with fish fry, which was a delight. The next morning, I was awake and eager to go touring... The personnel was really friendly.

Best resort in Coonoor. It's merely a 9-room home with a beautiful setting and lovely views. The cuisine served at restaurants is delicious. They take you bird viewing. I'd want to stay here again.

I would strongly suggest this facility for its beautiful accommodations, nice meals, prompt service, and well-behaved personnel. This is only 4-5 km from the Coonoor railway station. So, if you want to experience the Nilgiri Railways (Toy train), this property is great since it is little far from the city hubbub while being close to the railway station. Beautifully surrounded by beautiful green tea gardens and well-kept gardens.
I would characterise this Nature retreat as having a warm breakfast and silently knitting aesthetic enjoyment. Highly recommended. Go for it!
