Gidara Bugyal is a hidden treasure in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi area. The Gidara Bugyal is one of the country's largest high altitude meadows, double the size of Dayara Bugyal and Ali and Bedni Bugyal. It takes about two days to travel the whole length of the Bugyal, but it is without a doubt one of the most breathtaking experiences. Gidara Bugyal is located near Dayar Bugyal but at a greater elevation. Due to its pure and quirky character, the walk takes you through undulating meadows, grasslands, rich flora and wildlife, near-zero footsteps of other visitors, and fascinating campsites.
