I like to stay in such areas rather than hotels. You receive a domestic atmosphere, although there is no lack of amenities. The location of this establishment is unique in that it is in the middle of the city while yet being in tranquil environs. The owner and carer are very helpful. This is where I'll go next time I visit Chennai.
A very quiet and serene district, with easy access to all of the city's main places. Has excellent public transportation access (metro and bus terminals are within walking distance). The owner is highly knowledgeable about how to serve customers and ensure they enjoy the property. The rooms are really clean and big.
I will suggest it to anybody searching for accommodations in that neighbourhood.

Whenever I visit Chennai. I stay here. Nice location. The caretaker and owner are really nice and caring. I always tell the owner to give me the same room where I stay each time, and he does. Overall, must stay.
