Friendly and courteous people, with an excellent location. I would absolutely stay again. It's wonderful to have a historic property conserved for cosy, memorable trips!

A good location, extremely quiet and calm. I stayed there for two weeks. You may enjoy clams and the spectacular Himalayan vista from a whole pine forest stroll with many birds. A kind and friendly host.
Shops and motels are all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Very cosy and peaceful private mud-house, but fully furnished with all utilities, located about 5 km from Kasar Devi temple. A great homestay experience, with delicious native Kumaoni cuisine prepared to request. The hosts, Mr Mayank Karki and Mr Narendra Mehta, take care of all the details and provide a comfortable stay. The setting is right on the road, with only three steps up to a wonderful verandah and room. Mayank is also a hiker who conducts customised walks across the Kumaon highlands. An absolutely nice and small house for a couple (can't accommodate anymore!) searching for a home away from home as well as a tranquil and relaxing visit. Binsar Reserve Forest is only a few km away. Absolutely fantastic value for money!
