Sky Cycling Safety Guidelines :

• Always wear a waist belt and helmet.
• This should not be done if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, neck or back difficulties, epilepsy, or any other neurological ailment. Before commencing this sport, you must consult with a physician.
• Avoid being under the influence of any substance, be it alcohol, narcotics, or something else.

  Excellent location for adventure activities such as bridge, rope riding, zip line, commando nets and giant swing. I like Giant Swing since it was the most daring.
