Itinerary

• Day 1 DRIVE FROM DEHRADUN TO BHANGELI Distance: 188 KM | Duration: 8 to 9 Hours Hike: 1 KM in 30 Mins Altitude: 7,550 feet
  Type of Accommodation: Guest House/Home stay
  We drive from Dehradun to Bhangeli, and check into a cozy homestay at Bhangeli.
• Day 2 BHANGELI TO RIKODA Distance: 5 KM | Duration: 4 to 5 hours Altitude: 7,550 feet to 10,950 feet
  Type of Accommodation: Tents – Camping
  A short trek with gradual ascent to the Rikoda campsite. The trail will get steeper close to the campsite.
• Day 3 RIKODA TO THALOTYA Distance: 5.5 KM | Duration : 5 to 6 hours Altitude: 10,950 feet to 12,200 feet
  Type of Accommodation: Tents – Camping
  Today the trek distance is slightly more than previous day as well as the terrain requires initial decent followed by ascent and then
  final descent to the campsite.
• Day 4 THALOTYA TO GIDARA BUGYAL & TOP, RETURN TO THIRYA Distance: 9 KM | Duration: 7 to 8 hours Altitude: 12,200 feet to 13,900 feet, descend to 10,750 feet
  Type of Accommodation: Tents – Camping
  Longest trekking day, we summit the Gidara Top via bugyal in 3 to 4 hours, another 4 hours to descend to the campsite.
• Day 5 THIRYA TO BHANGELI, TO MANERI Distance: 6.5 KM | Duration: 3 to 4 hours Altitude: 10,750 feet to 7,550 feet Drive – 30 KM in 90 Minutes
  Type of Accommodation: Guest House
  We trek to Bhangeli in around 4 hours time and drive in another hour and a half to Maneri, visit Gangnani on the way.
• Day 6 MANERI TO DEHRADUN DRIVE Distance: 155 KM | Duration: 7 hours
  Trip Ends – arrive in Dehradun between 4 & 6 PM
  The drive to Dehradun will take at most 7 to 8 hours and we can return in the late afternoon or even early evening.

Trek Inclusions

• Transport from Dehradun onwards.
• All Meals from Day 1 Dinner to Day 6 Breakfast. Nutritious veg meals with egg preparations will be served. Jain meals on request.
• Camping equipment, including Camping Tents, Sleeping Bags, Mattresses, Kitchen Tent, Dining tent with Stools, Toilet tent with portable toilet seats, Gaiters & Microspikes if needed.
• Accommodation in Guest House/Homestay on Day 1 in Bhangeli & Maneri on Day 5, rest of the days in Camp.
• Certified Guide, cook & other support staff.
• Porters to carry common equipment.
