• Roof of each hut is made of bamboo and paddy husk and is waterproof. Floor is of wood tiles or sand blasted sandstone blue and non-slippery. Each hut is garden and mountain facing and have AC, LED, Fridge, geyser and fire extinguisher fitted inside.
• Well furnished with either king/queen size double bed, chairs and table.
• Car parking for eight vehicles is available within campus
• Smoking is not allowed inside campus.

The whole pollution free campus is surrounded by Aravalli mountain range and Kewra reserved forest. The traditional Bhunga huts in the campus further make it scenic. Each hut is blessed with rising sun/moon rays, garden and mountain view.
