River rafting is without a doubt one of the best adventure sports in the world, and Shimla boasts some of the most popular rafting experiences. Shimla river rafting is done on the Satluj River's whitewater rapids.
Travel to Chaba, a tiny, quirky, and eccentric town 45 kilometres from Shimla, to experience the adrenaline rush and excitement of river rafting. Chaba is particularly notable for its venerable hydroelectric plant, which is more than 100 years old and is located on the banks of the Nauti River, a tributary of the Satluj River.

- Participants are asked to be at the site at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time slot.
- Timings must be rigorously adhered to because the activity is strictly time limited.
- Participants must pay attention to the directions given by the teacher before and after the exercise.
- Before and after the workout, avoid ingesting heavy foods or alcoholic drinks.
